Shipping Charges
Delivery time ranges from 5-7 days depending on availability of products and method of shipping chosen by customer. If the items are in stock, they will be shipped the 1st business day following your order placement.
We offer UPS ground, UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day and overnight express.
International: We are not responsible for customs, duties, taxes or any delays due to customs clearance.
If products are on backorder, we will inform you of the expected delivery time via email. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. If you place a custom order, you credit card will be charged immediately. If you order a personalized item, please keep in mind that it takes 5-10 days to print, plus delivery time.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your package. Shipping materials are included in the price. Any duties and taxes will be paid by the customer.
When providing a shipping address, please keep in mind that someone must be present to sign for the package. DO NOT ASSIGN YOUR HOME ADDRESS AS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME. Work or Business addresses are preferred.
To ensure that your order arrives on time, we ask that you place your order as early as possible. La Belle Weddings will not be responsible for packages that arrive late due to shipping problems that arise with our couriers, caused by terrorist attacks or acts of God including floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, snow storms ect.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are processed within 24 of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, it will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If your order has been shipped already, it will be treated as a return. Personalized items cannot be returned once they have been sent to the printers.
Refund Policy
At La Belle Weddings we provide only the quality products for your special day. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by email at www.belleweddings@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving it to obtain refund authorization.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SPECIAL ORDERS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, FOOD ITEMS AND SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payment Options
We except Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Bank Debit Cards. We can not be responsible for overdraft charges. If your card is declined, we will -attempt to contact you 2 times once by email and once by phone. If we are unable to contact you, we can not be responsible for your order. We do not accept personal checks.
